SAE’s new mentoring program is seeking dedicated mentors in Cybersecurity to provide invaluable guidance to the next generation of SAE members.

Mentor Responsibilities

As a Cybersecurity Mentor, you will:

  • Guide Career Path Development: Provide mentees with insights into Cybersecurity’s evolving challenges and career opportunities, helping them build the skills necessary for a rapidly changing field.
  • Host Monthly Office Hours: Dedicate one hour per month to virtual office hours, where mentees can seek advice on technical issues, emerging security risks, and career paths.
  • Participate in Quarterly Expert Panels: Join a quarterly panel to discuss industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in mobility cybersecurity.
  • Suggest Key Resources: Contribute recommendations for articles, webinars, or white papers to our digital resource library, supporting mentee learning on industry standards and cutting-edge practices.

Qualifications
  • Must be a current SAE Member.
