Description
SAE International is seeking individuals to join the Aerospace mechanical & Fluid Systems Group Committees to participate in the standards development process.
A-6 Aerospace Actuation, Control and Fluid Power Systems Committee addresses all aspects of aerospace flight and utility actuation and control systems as well as fluid power systems. The committee is comprised of three subcommittees: System/Subsystem Integration, Actuation and Control, and Fluid Power Generation and Distribution. The subcommittees work together to assure compatibility and integration of the various types of actuation systems (electrohydraulic, electromechanical and electrohydrostatic) with the entire functioning flight and utility control systems and the fluid power systems.
**** AE-5 Aerospace Fuel, Inerting and Lubrication Systems Committee**** address all facets of aerospace fuel, inerting and lubrication systems design, maintenance, and in-service experience. The group is comprised of four committees dedicated to creating, preparing, and maintaining all relevant specifications, standards, and requirements for fuel, inerting and lubrication systems
G-3, Aerospace Couplings, Fittings, Hose, Tubing Assemblies Committee addresses all facets of aerospace fluid system components—design, test, procurement, maintenance, and in-service experience. The group is comprised of four subcommittees dedicated to creating, preparing, and maintaining all relevant specifications, standards, and requirements for aerospace fluid system parts.
